Come Away My Beloved

Come away, My beloved—what competes for your time?What keeps you from Me?

I wait for you as you wait for Me.But I wait for your fellowship.You wait for Me to act, to speak, to confirm.

Do as I do and wait for just Me.

Cast all your cares upon Me because I care for you.I’m not far off; I’m in your midst.

Focus on fellowship with your God—your Redeemer, your Provider, your Healer, your Counselor—and know when you seek Me first, I will add to your life in many ways.

I hear everything. I know everything and lack nothing in My ability to meet your needs.Meeting needs on your timetable is not accomplishing My eternal purposes.

Learn to trust in Me fully, even as you see devastation around you.I work all things together for good—to draw people to Me, to humble people that they might call out to Me.I answer those who call out.

My purposes are to reconcile people to Myself.I allow things to happen so that souls might be saved.The Creator of heaven and earth knows how to accomplish this.

Weeping might endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.My outcome is good, says God.

Will I falter the one who trusts in Me?

Be not discouraged or dismayed, for I am your God.I will strengthen you.I will help you.I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.

What can’t the hand of the Lord do? The same hand that upholds you accomplishes on your behalf.

I only need you to stand firm and believe My word to you.If you trust Me now, you will be able to stand in that day.

I don’t treat you like children.I treat you like friends.
