As the end of the age approaches, God says, I am giving out new assignments, new callings, and new opportunities in My kingdom. These assignments and callings might feel uncomfortable at first, as they activate different areas of your lives that have not been used or lie dormant.
I know My own—those who have been seeking Me and willing to be about My business. I know the ones who have been shut in with Me and who are about to be brought to the forefront to declare My name. These are the ones, My vessels, who have learned to be led of My Spirit and not the flesh, who have made a discipline of listening to Me and obeying.
They have been trained in the school of My Spirit.
However, says the Lord, there is a time coming that is soon upon you where serving Me will not be easy. Global shakings will change your landscape and your lives in many ways. But be grounded in My Word, in My promises, and by faith do not waver.
As you move in this “new normal,” as you move in the shakings, like a ship on rough waters, you will get your sea legs. You need to move with the shakings on many levels to gain those sea legs. Those who hide, who stop moving, do not get their sea legs. They will be greatly hindered.
Encourage your brothers and sisters to keep going. Lift them up and help them walk when you see them stumble.
Gird up, Church! Gird up My people!
I will not fail nor forsake you. I will lead you. I will guide you. I will go before you and be your rear guard. The supernatural will be your new normal as the world changes.
I do give in proportion to the need and according to what you sow. But know in this hour that I also give double portions in season to My consecrated ones. So consecrate yourselves anew, even in the middle of the storm.
In the middle of the great shakings, guard your heart. I am a God that is “in the middle of.” I am in the middle of your trials, in the middle of what you perceive as an injustice. I am in the middle of My people, rejoicing over you!
In the book of Lamentations, exactly in the middle of that book of the prophet’s struggles and the destruction of Jerusalem is this: “His mercies are new every morning; great is Thy faithfulness.”
In your own trials, there I am—in the middle.
I have set the Lord always before me; because He is at my right hand, I shall not be shaken. Psalm 16:8
